In a wine glass filled with ice, combine Isabella Gold, Compari, and Cointreau. Add simple syrup, up to 1 oz, based upon personal preference. Top with carbonated water.
Stir gently.
Top with a splash of soda water and garnish with a twist of orange or lime.

3 oz Isabella Gold
1 oz Cointreau
2 oz silver tequila like 1800 Blanco
1 oz fresh lime juice and ½ of a lime
squirt of simple syrup to taste
Lime slice and salt for garnish
Ice chunks, about ½ to ¾ cup
Rim a coupe glass with salt. For some spice, add Tajin to the salt.
In a blender, combine Isabella Gold, Cointreau, tequila, lime juice, lime segment, and simple syrup with ice.
Blend until smooth. Add ice until you get a smooth slushy texture.
Garnish with a lime slice.
Place the ice cubes in a stemless wine glass. Add optional fruit and “muddle” for stronger fruit flavors.
Pour Isabella Gold over the ice and let it rest for a moment.
